  • Building and customizing resumes to pass ATS, avoid overqualification, and highlight transferable skills.
  • Crafting the perfect cover letter.
  • Optimizing LinkedIn for networking, company research, and job opportunities, as well as understanding its importance in the hidden job market. 
  • Finding job opportunities through online job boards, company websites, and networking platforms. 
  • Staying organized during the job search process and tips for staying motivated. 
  • Preparing for job interviews in Canada, including answering behavioral/situational questions, and presenting your cultural fit.
